Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

Singtoner.com aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We aim to deliver the items ordered within 1-5 business days.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service at cs@singtoner.com.


PAYMENT METHODS

By Credit Cards

At Singtoner.com, our preferred payment method is by a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our site.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.


Cash/Nets on Self-collection

For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Collection (CoC) or NETS as an alternative payment method at our warehouse store. Singtoner.com will not incur you with delivery charges for this option.


Internet Banking/ ATM Fund Transfer

This option is available for Email Inquiry order. You will be able to receive an email with your order number together with our bank details for payment. Once the payment is completed, we will process the order and delivery as communication.
