How do i return my purchase?

If the product which has been purchased has defects or is faulty Singtoner.com will issue you a full refund. All other returns are issued with store credit.

If you wish to return an item, please fill in the Returns Slip you received with your shipment, and send the item back to us in its original packaging. If you no longer have the Returns Slip, please contact Customer Service and we will email you a replacement.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

We will happily receive returns within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the item.

How long would it take for my return to be processed?

Once we receive the item(s), we will process your request within 5 business days.

What are the shipping charges if I return my purchased item(s)?

You will bear the shipping cost of returning the product to Singtoner.com. Shipping cost to deliver the replacement product to you for faulty items will be borne by Singtoner.com. However the shipping cost for all other returns/ exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Do you refund or exchange if I have chosen the wrong product?

No we do not offer refunds in such cases. However, you may return the item(s) within 14 days upon receipt in exchange for store credit. Store credit can be used to purchase your preferred item. If the item you desired is out of stock and cannot be sourced from elsewhere, Customer Service will contact you for a further discussion.

What if my item is faulty?

Quality Control tries to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, you may send it back to us with a completed Returns Slip attached within 14 days upon receiving the item(s), and we will send you a replacement item. In case we are out of stock, Customer Service will contact you to issue a full refund or store credit.

I need to return an item, but I don't have the original packaging. What shall I do now?

All items must be returned with the original packaging. Items without the original packaging cannot be returned to Singtoner.com

The item I want is out of stock. What shall I do now?

Kindly contact our Customer Service for enquiries.

Do you place items on back order?

No, your item will not be placed on backorder. Although we avoid advertising products that are no longer in stock, in the instance that your item has sold out, you will be contacted by the Customer Service Team to arrange a store credit or refund if we are unable to source the item from elsewhere.

Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?

Sorry, but we do not offer this option.

How do I know if you carry a certain brand?

Please type the name of the brand you are searching for into our search toolbar to view the items from that brand.

Do you ship internationally?

Is there somewhere I can go to view the product prior to purchasing?

Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store and for safety reasons we cannot allow customers in the warehouse. If you have any questions regarding the products, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

How do I start a new account?

Please click on 'My account', which is located on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find 'New buyers' on the left hand side. Click 'create a new account' and fill in your details as requested before clicking 'submit'. Registration should now be complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you registered with.
