Thanks for your prompt shipment, SingToner! The printer arrived 2 days after I ordered it. Also, thanks for wrapping it well, because it was delivered during a rainy afternoon. This Canon printer works well, and it was easy to connect to my home Wi-Fi and Windows PC. It took me a while before I realised that it doesn’t support Apple’s AirPrint. Once I installed the Canon Business Print app, then I was able to print from my iPhone.

Fast delivery I’m editing and adding to this review after trying out one of the cartridges. To my disappointment, it was faulty. After installing it, my printer could not print and an error code was shown. The seller Singtoner told me to exchange it at the Canon Centre. I called Canon and they said they don’t do such exchanges for 3rd party seller. Seller Singtoner has still not gotten back to me on this. I wish to add on to my previous feedback. Indeed, Singtoner managed to obtain a replacement cartridge for me from Canon. I wish to thank them for their professional service and quick resolution of the issue.

Compared vendors and reviews on Lazada, just as any discerning consumer would. Decided to go with Singtoner on customer review and price package. Decided to select package with additional 1 black ink bottle plus 1 full colour set (with another black ink bottle. Calculated that price of above banded set was still cheaper than separate purchase of ink bottles. Ordered on 12 April, delivered 16th. Packaging was robust and served its function well. Printer set up was fuss-free and design, ink-bottles refills, instructions etc. were adequate to enable set up. Overall, happy and will definitely look up Singtoner for future purchase of ink-bottles when necessary.

Simple setup. Just hope it lasts! Must say that Singtoner did an incredible job in getting this printer shipped so quickly during the CB period. Ordered on Tuesday 21 Apr and received Thursday 23 April. You can trust that they have what is listed in stock... compared to a lot of other sellers that list products that aren’t in stock. Speaking from experience because just before this super fast sale, I had to go through 2.5 weeks of nightmare dealing with another dealer that didn’t ship, was uncommunicative about whether the product was in stock at all, and Lazada that doesn’t seem to have a strong policy/process dealing with sellers that sell stuff that aren’t in stock.

This is a wonderful all-in-one colour laser multi-function printer. Have tested the duplex scan and printing functions and they work well. I am also quite amazed at the mobile scanning and printing functions - it's great that we can also use NFC to send our documents to print or scan. This printer is smaller than expected. This is a huge benefit to me as I have a small size table. The ink refill process is very straight-forward and simple. No leak or drip. Tried duplex printing, scanning and copying. All worked well. Delivery time is considered reasonable. Delivered to my house within 3 days. Sure beat having to carry myself.
